I filled out my FAFSA months ago, and have not heard anything. I am planning on going to school in the Fall but I am not yet enrolled at the college. Do I have to enroll before I hear anything from FAFSA?

i wasn’t supposed to start till sometime around this coming weekend.. like saturday or sunday maybe even monday… soo im like a week early… i don’t understand why. because ive been stressing really bad. because i thought i was pregnant.. so yesterday when i went to the bathroom i was really relieved!! today i went home from school because i have horrible lower cramping in my stomach! and its not even explainable! i don’t get cramps.. and i know that sounds funny but i don’t..whenever im about to start i just feel real tired and slow moving and my boobs hurt. i was just looking at this yahoo. site about implantion bleeding and this is what i read….

Implantation bleeding normally occurs a week to a few days before your period would normally start. Spotting that occurs around a week after ovulation is likely implantation bleeding; whereas, spotting that occurs very close to the time that your period would normally start may not be. pressure in my lower stomach for days, what’s going on?

4 days ago, i woke up with a stabbing cramp in my stomach (i very rarely get PMS-related cramps, but this feels different than anything i’ve ever felt before). i had to run to the bathroom several times, but i was fine by the afternoon & ate dinner just fine.

i was completely fine the next day until early evening, then i was balled up on the bathroom floor for a while, not sick (though i felt like being sick would relieve the pain), just in pain. it went away enough that i started moving around, but if i got up quickly, it felt like stabbing again. it felt like someone was blowing up a sword balloon in my lower stomach. i took gas-x & advil, but they didn’t seem to help.

it hasn’t gone away since, only gotten duller. i feel very uncomfortable, like i have to go to the bathroom all the time, and when i sit, it feel weird pressure on my pelvis.

i am having no trouble going to the restroom – everything there is normal now (except the feeling of having to go). i’m eating just fine – i feel hungry at regular times. i took a pregnancy test last night – negative (i’m on BC, but i took it just in case). i eat mostly healthy foods- lots of fiber & veggies, whole grains. i haven’t eaten anything out of the ordinary.
what could this be?
it’s not constipation either, i am fine in that department. it seems like nothing is alleviating the pressure.

I was on birth control from June 2006 to Jan 2007. I stopped and slightly irregular periods. I lost my virginity on 12/8/07. I got my period on christmas. i only had sex that one time. i moved back home with parents on New Years day. my mom smokes alot.Also my mom and I dont get along We got a new dog. I started school again. I work a lot. I started bein more active in the music industry. I go to sleep late. I wake up early. I sometimes take a nap for like an hour. I am about 5’2 and 255lbs. I tried to diet for a week but it fell off. I took 3 pregnancy test. 1 in Dec. 1 in Feb and 1 today (St.Pattys Day). They all were negative. My breast arent larger. I have no spotting. Now all I got is like cramps. Stomache pains. My chest area like under my breast and above my belly button be tight and hard to press sometimes. Some friends say I aint. Others say I am pregnant. Majority say stress. What‘s your opinion? If stress how do i relieve it?

Spotting on Sprintec? What could this mean?

I have been taking Sprintec birth control for about 6 months. I have loved it. I never had spotting when first adjusting to the pill. I got married on July 18th and we are not hoping to get pregnant right now. I have been super religiously taking my pill. I set alarms and the only change is I knew I’d be busy at my exact time one night so I took it an hour early. I have never missed a pill. I have not been even an hour late taking the pill for the last three months.

Last month, I skipped my period…my doctor said it would be fine to start the next pack without taking my placebo pills. It’s worked fine up to this point.

The past couple of days I have had mild, but noticeable cramping. Today I began spotting light pink and red. It is a very very light blood flow…and mostly pink. I am due for a period in 5 days.

Why would I be spotting? I don’t think there is a high chance for pregnancy at all…but you never know for sure. Could it be due to skipping my last period? Just curious about the experiences of others. Any advice would be so relieving and welcome Thanks!

Since I found out that I was pregnant, I have had a very difficult time brushing my tongue. I only get about halfway and I start gagging. I used to be able brush from the back of my tongue. Is there any reason for this?

Since returning to the U.S. I’ve heard many complaints about Fox News being biased in its reporting. Yet, I have found that on a program like The O’Reilly Factor I can listen to analysis from all sorts of liberal and Democrat commentators but that similar programs on MSNBC seem to be far more stacked to give an exclusively liberal point-of-view. Is this why Fox News has so much higher ratings? Is this why MSNBC has such pitiful ratings?

No law firm is willing to challenge them? Fox news is clearly misleading viewers with that statement. Obviously they have a right to support the Republican agenda but to present themselves as “Fair and Balanced” is ridiculous.
Actually “Opinionated and Right”, you are incorrect. A business cannot market themselves “in anyway they want” if they are misleading the public. That was my point. I don’t mind the political views but the misleading tagline is ridiculous and actionable in court. Just like any other business that cannot make false claims about their products Fox news needs to change “Fair and Balanced” to something else. please help before my own parents fry me for there own mistakes?

I’m 24 years old, happily married with a 7 month old daughter and have been in the military over 6 years. I’m having some major issue with my own parents and in not sure what to do. I thought that they support me but I’m not sure that they do. My dad is 72 years old and has been married 3 times with 3 other kid, 2 are no longer living and one has nothing to do with him he has been married to my mom for 25 years and she is 48 years old. Crazy I know. My mom only has one child which is me. september 2006 my parents was force to move from where they rented and didn’t have a place to go so I got them a $7300 loan so they bought them a nice travel trailer and move into a park. They agree to pay the loan back of $200 a month until paid off. I meet my wife though MySpace November 2006. After talking with her for two days online we meet and hit off from there. I knew she was going through a nasty divorce and had just been medically discharge from the army. Just after Christmas of 06 my parents can to visit me and I introduce her to them. My dad seems to have pushed the button on her when he found out she only had a geed, getting a divorce and then told me how I could be with someone that couldn’t bare him a grandchild. Even though my dad has 3 grandkids. My wife was told by the doctors that she may never get pregnant due to some female issue. I knew that and it never bother me. Well after they left, in January 07 my wife started school to be nurse and still work a night job full time. I had a misunderstanding with my roommate and his fiancée and I move out. I move in with my girlfriend now wife, about 3 and half months after meeting her. Everything seems to be going great with us. My dad didn’t like her at all. He keeps calling me every day like 5 times a day wondering what I was doing and I try to stop him. If I didn’t answer he would call my command and ask for me, even call like 7 am on weekends. In June 07 I was up for reenlistment and he did his best to change my mind about it and to come home and get a job (home is Alabama) and I was in Virginia. and leave my girlfriend alone. I reenlisted in the navy. After about 2 month he finally stops calling me daily and it was like once a week thing. Whoever calls first? I though even thing was good with him. when I call him in august of 2007 for his advice about asking her to marry me he try his best to tell me to wait until I was done with my 7 month deployment which was starting until September 08. Just after Christmas of 07 we went to Alabama to see my parents. Everything seem ok I though. In March of 08 I need a little help with some money so I called them up and he go piss and said that why couldn’t my fiancée pay for it. I only need like $200 dollars. I was having issue with a cable company so I had a unexpected bill hit me that had to be pay on the spot and with my wife in school and working part time I need some help they help but he was mad at me. In May 08 my wife and I got married. he was so mad about it he called her parents at 3 pm which is 3am for them since that own a night cleaning business and told her dad to stop us or else. In June my wife and I found out that she was pregnant. July my half sister died at 35 years old. My wife and I went home for the funeral and stay with my granddad for 3 days while there. My parents were mad that I didn’t stay with them and I had to tell them how could we stay in a travel trailer with 4 people and my wife was Prego. So we stay with my granddad that has a nice place with a room for us. I left for deployment in September 2008. In the 7th month I was gone I email my parents once a day and my wife whenever I could. In October I found out that my parents miss 2 payments on their loan I have for them and the money for my truck paid for that loan which was almost $700. They fixed it but said they didn’t see where they needed to. Then in December they started paying the loan late and having excuse like the bank mess up there account or they had someone steal money from their account yet they never change their bank info. When I got home in April I came home to not just a wife but a month and a half old little girl. My dad calls me and wonder why I wasn’t calling them and he said what is your wife not letting you call. I was like no I have a family and would like to spend some time with them. I was getting ready to relocated to Maine on orders and ask my parents to come see me and see their granddaughter before I left since I didn’t know when I could go back to Alabama. When they go there that when all hell broke loose. I ask my dad to take his hat off when he came in my house and he got so piss that the almost left my house. After mom got him to stay we talk for a few. And when the baby took a nap I ask him what he problem was with my wife. He then went on the say that she was no good, that she should stay at home and not work, that she couldn’t work and raise a child. Even told me that I would never amount to anything n

Rude aunt making comments about impending labor…?

This aunt has always been a favorite of mine and I’ve always looked up to her, but since I have been pregnant, I’m not sure if she realizes I’m an adult now, she has been making rude comments to me. A few months ago or so she commented on how my mother (her brother’s ex wife) was ugly in a christmas photo that my mother kindly sent out and now she is saying comments such as aren’t you nervous for next week (I’m getting induced as I’m a week over term right now) and I just respond with no, I’m just more anxious for it to be here. She says things like yeah but its going to hurt a ton and then I reply with yes I know but I also know that as long as I stay calm about it, it will help it go by easier and faster and then she says ya know whatever you gotta tell yourself. She also said I need to get a C section right off the bat because once your hips spread, they never go back. Its just rude to me and I don’t want to say anything as it would just start drama but I don’t know what else to do! Oh yeah, she also just asked what are you doing for valentines day with Danny…when she knows he left two months into our planned pregnancy and we barely talk.
No, I actually live around an hour away from her, just really close with that side of my family so we talk quite a bit.

How can i help my daughter?

I have an 8-Year-Old daughter and recently she been very emotional i guess you can say she pretty much cry every day when she ask for something and i tell her i can’t get it or no. Her problem is my wife ( her step mother ) is almost 6-Months pregnant and she feels like where forgeting about her and don’t want to buy her anything and everything is just for the baby and i tried explaining to her that’s not true but i don’t think shes fully understanding. When we first announced to her and also her other siblings a new baby is coming they was all excited and as time went on she enjoyed feeling the baby kick. Now when the baby kicks and we tell her to come feel she don’t anymore she goes in her room.

Tomorrow me and my wife plan on giving her a day off from school and take her out for some icecream and to the park and have some one on one time to talk. What is some good steps we can take to help her understand not only do we have to prepare for christmas but the baby also?.

The cops never found her brother’s body, and her dad died in the war before he knew his wife was dead. Alex now lives with her pregnant Aunt Rebecca and Uncle George. She runs into her best friend, who was in England for the last year. He notices a cut on her hand, and he quickly heals it. Alex is astounded by what Andrew can do. That night, they go out, and she learns that there is a mythical world. The next day at school, Alex learns that she hurt Andrew, and comforts him. The two fall in love. Their first kiss is at her house that afternoon. While they’re kissing, Andrew heals her legs without meaning to. Alex figures out that her aunt is a fairy, and that her uncle is a wizard. Sally, one of Alex’s friends, is a werewolf, and she doesn’t know that until Sally is dead. She tried to kill Alex and Andrew, but got killed herself. Then homecoming comes, and Andrew and Alex go together. They make out, and Andrew goes over her limits, and they stop. A few months later, they are seeking help from an aura seer to protect Alex, who wound up in the hospital with an incredibly high fever. It was not normal for such a thing to happen. Kevin has come back, right before homecoming, and he falls in love with the aura seer who the family gets help from. Kevin is a vampire, and Jane, the aura seer, is a vampire as well as an aura seer. An aura seer can see if a couple will get married or not, and she sees Andrew and Alex getting married, if Alex does not die. The family goes home, Jane with them. On Christmas, Andrew proposes. Alex accepts, and they move in together. That’s all I’ve got right now. Is it moving too fast?

Sorry, this is a very small amount of detail. The problem doesn’t really show up until Alex gets sick, and Andrew lies to her, trying to protect her. The fantasy is a big part. Bad mythical creatures are going after her because of Andrew. He’s the most successful healer of the century because he was able to heal a paralyzed girl without breaking a sweat.

Missed period/on pill/negative HPT?

I have been taking birth control pills for 7 years. I have not missed any pills or changed brands anytime in the last year. I always get my period on the thursday during the week of pills without the hormones. I waited…nothing. Still didn’t get it friday or anytime this weekend. I took a HPT on thursday night, friday morning and tonight (sunday) and all were negative. The weird thing is, on saturday morning when I wiped, their was the tiniest brown spot after peeing. That was it, one little dot. Was that spotting? This is very unusual for me, I can always count on getting my period on that thursday and it always is pretty light, but lasts about 3-4 days. I am going to wait this week and see what happens, and call the dr. if I am still worried towards the end of the week. What does everything think? Some things that I have read say that some women don’t produce enough of the pregnancy hormone in early pregnancy, could this be me?

negative pregnancy test, but my period only lasted one day?

I usually get my period on Tuesday or Wednesday of the week I don’t take hormone birth control pills.
This week I got my period light on wednesday, but it was over by thursday morning. I took a pregnancy test thursday afternoon, which was negative (it claims to be 99% accurate from the first day of an expected/missed period). I thought maybe my period was just light and it would continue later, but its now Friday afternoon and no more period.

I had unprotected sex during the first two weeks of my bc packet, but then i missed a pill so we used a condom for the rest of the month to be safe.

should I still be concerned or is my body maybe just being weird this month?

Could this cause decidual bleeding?

I was wondering if improper use of the pill would cause decidual (During pregnancy, obviously) bleeding?

As in, taking it super late and at different times a few days, not at all a few more days, again for a few days, and then not at all again.

I know decidual bleeding is caused by your hormones being messed up, so I was wondering if taking your pill like that could cause your hormones to get messed up enough for decidual bleeding.

I’m I pregnant – ovulation pregnancy help!?

I really need help to answer this question!

I had my last period starting 4 January ’07 and me and my husband are trying for a baby I was using an ovulation urine test. On 29-30 Januray accoring to the test I was ovulating and during this time we were trying to conceive.
it is now 13 February and I haven’t had my period yet and pregnancy tests are negative.

my periods are using 28 days, and I reckon I didn’t ovulate till late in January as I just came off the pill and I understand that the body can take a while to ovulate properly again.

I feel as though I’m pregnant and I’m just wondering if perhaps I am trying to test the pregnancy hormone too early, but I just can’t wait to find out!

My husband and I have a baby which was conceived in the first month of coming off the pill 2 years ago also.

please can someone give me some advice!!

Does Comcast basic cable has Food Network?

Negative tests but I think I am one month pregnant?

I haven’t had a period since the beginning of November and have had unprotected sex several times since including right around the 15th of November and the beginning of December. I thought my symptoms were strictly stress related as they began in November and thought nothing of it. I began to get period symptoms around Dec 7, several days late, but instead of blood, there’s only alot of white/ clear discharge. There’s no odor, and I even was checked by the dr for any infection. I’m experiencing, and have been experiencing extreme lethargy, nausea, vomiting, constipation, and when there are bowel movements, they are usually diarrhea. I have also been having headaches since late November that get better with rest, and I have just recently begun having terrible heartburn first thing in the morning and around dinner/ bedtime. I’ve taken 4 HPT, and had one dr urine test, and they were all negative. I’m completely at a loss. I know I’m not making these symptoms up, as I had them before I ever considered pregnancy. I feel certain that I’m pregnant. Help please?? Am I crazy??

AF is 2 days late. I tested Saturday night, very faint positive.?

I’m TTC for 10 months. I’m waiting until next week to test again if AF still doesn’t show up. Symptoms I’ve had: Extreme nausea and vomiting and diarrhea. Yeast infection. Slightly bigger breasts. Felt like I had a UTI but it went away after a few hours. Acne/bacne. Feeling exhausted on 10 hours of sleep and I’ve been having to take naps. A lot of burping and sneezing. I’m bloated. I’ve been taking birth control since August of 2007, and I’ve never missed a period. This is my first month switching to Yaz, I changed from Low Estrin Fe. I’ve taken all 4 placebos and am two pills into the next pack. I’ve been getting terrible migraine headaches, and had extreme nausea with some vomiting for days. Thinking it would go away, I went back to sleep but it got to the point where it felt like I had to go to the bathroom so I got up and sat on the toilet. Clutching the bottom of my stomach, I sat and sat but no urge to relieve myself came, just the pain. Then the pain got sharper and I started to notice my heatbeat was going faster while my breathing was increasing. My throat was open and my movement was slim so I don’t know why i was getting really short of breath. Then a coldness started to come over me and it was almost like a small numbness. I started to freak out and being half asleep, I was getting scared. Then I went to the sink and started to splash water on my face and slurped a little bit of water from my hand. Seeing it felt good, I went downstairs and got a bottle of water and after drinking it, the pain went away and my breathing slowed down again. What the heck did I experience? Never had this before.

Painful rectal spasms at night. What to do? What to do?

I have been awakened at night by severe rectal pain (lasting about 5 painful minutes) so I looked it up and found that it’s called Proctalgia fugax, a severe, episodic rectal pain that usually occurs at night, a muscle cramp in the wrong place at the wrong time, rectal spasms or just plain pain in the anus…
It could last a few seconds to a few minutes so most people do not even report it to their doctors.

Warm baths and massages seem to relieve it but I’d like to know if any one of you people found other true and tried methods to relieve that pain in the butt fast.
I do not have IBS, I’m very regular and eat lots of fiber and have no problem my my digestive system.

i have thigh pain while trying to rest and relieve back pain?

? I have a problem and sure hope you can give me some advice on how to make things better. I started a job about 2 months ago, working in fast food. I haven’t worked in over 2 years, and thats when the pain first started. I have always had back problems from strains to bruised muscles. So every time I sit or lie down I get pain in the front of my thighs. My back hurts so bad at times I can barley walk, so I try to rest and then my thighs hurt so bad. It kinda feels like a cramp that sting and burn. I have to rub my thigh very hard to finally make it stop. Sometimes it;’s like I can’t rub it hard enough, so I have to have hubby do it for me. It doesn’t matter if I am sitting upright or lieing down the minute I am off my feet it hits me untill I stand up and walk for a minute. Which sometimes can be just as bad with my back pain that shoots down my legs. Can you please help on what I can do to relieve the pain????

Heart pain/cramp feelings?

Pretty often I get this heart cramp feelings, now when i say often i mean like sometimes everyday and defiantly a few times a week. I get these pains in my chest, right above my heart it feels and, they last from a few seconds to almost a minute. Sometimes the pain is fast and sharp, and sometimes I get a throb like feeling. If I clench my chest it relieves some of the pain. Can someone please tell me what it is exactly, if I should go to a doctor, or how I can stop it?

How early can nausea begin in early pregnancy?

Ok so I know people say you don’t start feeling nausea until like 5 or 6 weeks of pregnancy but I know every woman is different. I was pregnant earlier this year with no nausea whatsoever and I miscarried. My hubby and I never used protection there after and if I am pregnant now it had to have happened like a week ago. For the past 2 or 3 days I’ve been so nauseous that I can’t stand it. It starts about an hour after I wake up in the mornings and doesn’t go away until about bedtime. I’ve also been having bad headaches and diarrhea. People are gonna think I’m crazy and I think it sounds a little crazy…but I honestly wasn’t even thinking of pregnancy until last night we were over at my mom’s for dinner and I couldn’t eat because I was feeling so bad and she annonced, “Are you pregnant??”

NO rude comments please. I’m just curious because I read somewhere online that nausea can start a week after conception

Nausea for 4 months not pregnancy (quite long!)?

A few months ago I thought I was pregnant again, when the LO was only 5 months old! The nausea hasnt gone and on Monday I had my third trip to the Dr.s it hasnt gotten any worse, but isnt getting any better either. At first it was thought it was an ear infection, then acid reflux and now he doesnt know what it is but has given me some medication which blocks nauseous feelings. So this is my third round of medication in almost 3 months! I’ve being on this medication for three days now, taking 3 a day it should have begun to work but it hasnt.
Before my first trip to the Dr.s I had it for about a month, so it is now 4 months I have being feeling horribly nauseous. I have done 5 pregnancy tests and all are negative. I have a mirena coil so it is unlikely.
My tummy is also tender about 2 inches down from my belly, and to the left and right. The Dr. says if I dont feel any different after this lot of medication then we will start more invasive investigations eg scans, keyhole surgery etc….
I googled my symptoms, I really wish I hadnt! This is what I found:

Worried I may be pregnant. Should I trust these home pregnancy tests results?

I had what I thought was my period on October 30th. It was one day late and different than usual. No cramping, not heavy, etc. It only lasted about 3 days. I started having pregnancy symptoms (constant nausea, cramping, headaches, dizziness, etc), that have lasted till present. Yesterday, I took a Target brand HPT and it came back faint positive in about 2 minutes and remained that way. I heard that Target brand (Up & Up) has a bad reputation for false positives however because of the blue dye. I did read mine in the time frame and it was a light plus sign. It took about 5 minutes however to show up.

This morning I took a Kroger brand pink dye hpt and it was a faint positive as well (though not as clear as the other test). It still looks like a light pink plus sign.

I don’t use protection, but my boyfriend had a vasectomy about 10 years ago. I’m so worried, he doesn’t want kids. I don’t know if he ever got checked, but our sex is unprotected.

Should I retest? What do you all think? Is it possible I am pregnant?

Is it normal to have JUST nausea (no vomiting) as a symptom of morning sickness?

I am in my 6th week of pregnancy and have strong food aversions and horrible nausea pretty much all day long (this started about a week ago). I feel like vomiting, but so far, have not actually had to. I almost feel like forcing myself to purge because it seems like it might alleviate some of the gross, acidic stomach discomfort I have all day long. Has anyone else experienced similar symptoms? I am grateful I’m not vomiting all day or I wouldn’t be able to work, but it seems like either way i am miserable!

hypothyroid / goiter with nodules…?

hello all, i am worried sick and in need of advince and maybe any personal experiences. i went to get a physical and my dr. checked my neck and noticed i have a goiter, she did lood work and said i have hypothyroid and put me on some pills. (dont remember the name but i think it was pork hormones or something) the same month i started the pill my goiter felt smaller and i felt more energetic, i also ened up getting pregnant (after 6 years of trying and no dr new what was rong) during the pregnancy i was taken off the pills b/c the pregnancy leveld out all my hormones but my obgyn refered me to a specialist after i had the baby. (during pregnancy i think my goiter got a lil bigger) they did a ultra sound and i was told i have a nodule that has solid and liquid parts. i have a biopsy scheduled in 2 weeks and im terrified! ive had this for so long and it seemed to get better when i was on the pills. the specialist im seeing told me he will see what happenes with the biopsy and determine weather or not i will need surgery or if we will just observe it. he also did more blood work to check my hormone levels. if i have hypothyroid and nodules will i have to get surgery??? im terified about all this and dont rly no how to cope with it all. any advice or experience or knowledge of this would be very much appriciated.

Does anyone have advice on what to do for hormonal migraines during your period?

I am 37 years old, 2 big kids (pregnancies were both in my 20′s) and I have migraines during my period. I haven’t always had these. This started about 3 years ago when I first turned 35. (guess my hormones changed) I have tried everything! Tylenol & ibuprofen are a joke and only caused me to have acid reflux instead of helping my headache. I got off birth control pills and my hubby had a vasectomy to try to help…still no good.I cannot take any of the migraine prescription medicines as I have mitral valve prolapse and a heart arrythmia. I take long hot baths & use ice on my head which helps temporarily. These headaches are taking over my life. They are debilitating and I cannot work or drive when I have them. If anyone has any suggestions or something that has worked for them please let me know!!
I have already been to the doctor and it has definitely been determined to be only related with my periods. And yes, I do have the aura symptoms..usually a week before my headache starts.

Discharge and Loss of appetite, sign of pregnancy? or pill? confused so please help x?

Ok come off the pill for 2 months, but due to work circumstances, i need to wait around another 6 months, so when AF came, i started to take the pill again (proges only) but my period only lasted for 2 days and was pink and watery and hardly anything there, i thought it was the start of my period, after 2 days it stopped, this was now 5 days ago and I have been takin the pill again for 5 days!
but i have the following symptoms,
for the last 7-10 days I have had ALOT of discharge, more than I have ever had, i thought it was just because my hormones were all over the place until my best friend reminded me that thats how she knew she was pregnant, and then i remembered during my last pregnancy i had the EXACT same thing.
I have had a STD and STI test 3 weeks ago, as part of a routine medical examination i have every year,so i now its nothing like that, been with my partner for 9 years now, im 23! the discharge is clear/white consistancy of egg white TMI sorry, like stretchy!
I have lost my apetite completly, and my mouth feels like its craving something, bu tim not sure what, if that makes sence???
Could I be pregnant?
Just a slight confusion, i ususally ovualted around 12 days after my period, so why would i be ovulation plus bleeding at the same time??
