Do lower hormone birth control pills have a higher rate of failure?
I have been on various types of hormonal birth control methods and recently I have switched to a lower hormone pill. I have never had break through bleeding on any pill or on the shot and with this new pill I bled a week early.I am wondering, is there a higher chance of pregnancy with lower hormone pills or does it not matter what the dosage is? Thanks in advance.

Lower hormones are just as effective as higher doses of birth control if taken correctly. Your irregular period and be attributed to your body adjusting to the lower hormone level. This adjustment phase usually takes about 3 months.

Does the plan b pill hide the pregnancy hormone when you take a pregnancy test?
i need to know if after taking the pill 3 weeks ago if it hides the pregnancy test when i took a test friday?

The plan b pill, if taken correctly (within 3 days of the sex) doesn’t hide the hormone, it terminates any possibility of a pregnancy. If you took it correctly then you most likely aren’t pregnant.

birth control placebo pills period pregnancy?
Ive been taking my birth control pills but for the past 4 days ive been taking those placebo ones at the end in which it allows you to have your period. usually my period comes when i run out of the placebo pills. today was my first day starting the new pack of birth control pills and i took the normal hormone pill . thing is i got my period today and my boy and I had sex. Could I be at risk of pregnancy?

my doctor prescribed them to me because some of my pregnancy hormone level are low. What hormone is low and can it hurt my baby. I am 13 weeks pregnant.

Prometrium is for the hormone progesterone. Progesterone is first produced by follicles in the ovaries, and at your stage it is produced by the placenta. It’s crucial for the survival of the pregnancy.
I am currently on progesterone injectables for the first 10 weeks of pregnancy because I conceived using fertility treatments (IVF)
